Apartment Complex Softwashing in Southlake, TX
This project was a huge one for our business. The property manager of this complex called me and told me about all of the black organic growth that is on all 19 buildings at the complex. I sent over a quote, it got accepted and we went from there. Our process to treat the organic growth was with softwashing to kill off the black organic growth and give the white stone it’s original look again. We never had to use a power washer once!
